Evening House Tours at the Museum of the Under and Tuglas Literary Institute

To celebrate the anniversary year of the Under and Tuglas Literature Centre Museum of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, monthly evening museum tours will take place from September to December. The tours explore the lives of writers Marie Under and Friedebert Tuglas in their Nõmme home and feature readings from their works. Visitors can discover fascinating objects from the institute’s collections and explore rooms once frequented by some of the great figures of Estonian literature. The tours also offer a glimpse behind the scenes of the museum’s research and introduce its current projects. Tours in Estonian take place on 7 September, 6 October and 11 December at 17:00 and last approximately one hour. The tour in English takes place on 4 November at 17:00 and lasts approximately one hour.
